Giant Eagle led customers to the meat case through regular product features, as well as storewide grilling and Raise Your Barb-I-Q promotions. An apprentice program brought meat team members to the Certified Angus Beef ® Culinary Center for training. More than 150 customers won tickets to the BBQ with a View, a special barbecue in the city’s downtown, where top chefs from the summer grilling promotion prepared the meal and visited with guests.
