During the holiday season, the chef team transformed The Culinary Center once again into a Mecca of creativity, chocolate, and of course, beef, with a Wonka movie-themed buffet. They filled the center with tantalizing aromas, as Certified Angus Beef ® brand prime rib, chilled tenderloin and charcutterie boards took centerstage. The chefs also put their skills into action preparing smoked salmon, baked Brie, hand-crafted hummus and decadent desserts. Even a hand-carved ice sculpture graced the buffet table, captivating the eyes of all and adding a layer of excellence to the gathering.
