Chicago’s Swill Inn raises the burger game
Chicago native Chef Lamar Moore recently opened The Swill Inn outside of downtown Chi-Town in the River West neighborhood. And that burger? All Certified Angus Beef ® brand grinds with housemade pickles and pimento cheese on a brioche bun.
